We have inspected this item and it powers on but displays a P3 code on the display. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. It has keys and the locking mechanism appears to be functioning properly. There are some heavy dents around the unit including the front near the bottom and the top corners. The fan inside is not attached properly and missing hardware. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
