We have inspected this item and it powers on when plugged in, but the fan is making a rubbing noise due to some dents on the cover. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. It is missing gaskets and o-ring. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
