We inspected this item and it powers on when plugged in. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. The digital display is not properly attached and will not stay in place. The bottom feet are dented/damaged and the top panel/pins are damaged as well. There are also some dents around the housing as well as some cosmetic scuffs and scratches. Please refer to the photos for more information.
